Experience: Research Manager with over a decade of experience planning, conducting, and managing research. At AnswerLab, my career has given her a unique perspective on the many inner workings of UX research: I have conducted hundreds of research sessions across a range of verticals (including tech, b2b, financial services, and retail), leveraging multiple methodologies to conduct impactful research. I have also worked closely with clients to design research solutions that meet their unique business challenges, including programs spanning the product life cycle. Today, I utilize my extensive experience to provide mentorship to the research team, ensuring they have the support needed to excel at meeting our client's business objectives, as well as meeting their own development goals.
