Jane Kim

Jane Kim is a Senior UX Researcher at AnswerLab specializing in qualitative UX research. She brings a unique perspective as a researcher from her 15+ years in advertising, partnering with multinational clients to build consumer-centric campaign strategies across diverse industries, including retail, entertainment, tech, QSR, and auto. Jane holds a B.A. in Speech Communication and a Sociology Minor from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has completed UX courses at UC Berkeley.
