Kristen is a seasoned finance, operations, and strategy leader who has been helping businesses deliver growth and value for 20+ years. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Kristen oversees all financial functions, including planning and analysis, controllership, investor relations, and treasury.
Throughout her career, Kristen's work has spanned various industries, financial disciplines, and business life cycles. She has led FP&A, sales operations, and business intelligence teams and has spearheaded change agendas, including corporate development, acquisitions, transformations, and implementations.
Prior to joining AnswerLab, Kristen held positions at Condé Nast, Dow Jones, and Marsh McLennan, where she honed her skills in team management, financial problem-solving, and providing robust financial solutions. More recently, she has focused on transformational roles using technology and operational and process efficiencies to drive growth and productivity in this dynamic environment.
Kristen earned her MBA from Pace’s Lubin School of Business in NYC. Outside of work, she loves travel, tennis, dogs and live music!
